Out of the box, it comes with enough black ink to print up to 6,000 pages, and colour ink to print up to 5,000 pages. When you do need more ink, an internal ink storage tank means you don’t have to deal with messy refill bottles — simply remove and replace the cartridge. The printer uses Brother’s LC436 or LC436XL pigment inks, delivering fast-drying and long-lasting high-quality prints with sharp and vibrant colours. While you shouldn’t have to replace inks that often, third-party compatible LC436XL inks are available if you’re on a budget.

Get your order fast! Place it before 4 pm Mon-Fri for same-day shipping from warehouses in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch (excluding public holidays). Typically deliveries to major New Zealand towns and cities take 1 to 2 days, while it may take a day or two longer for rural areas. Delivery of oversized printers that are too heavy for normal courier delivery is done by Mainfreight and may take a little longer on occasions. You’ll be notified when your order has been dispatched and provided with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order.
