The Canon TR150 A4 Portable Inkjet Printer is a compact and portable printer designed for printing colour documents while travelling or working remotely. It is small and light at W 322 x D 185 x H 62mm, weighing just 2.3kgs (or 2.1kgs without the removable rechargeable battery), and can easily be carried inside a small backpack.

While the TR150 does not copy or scan, cost-per-print is comparatively low compared to other portable inkjets. It uses Canon PGI-35 (black pigment ink) and CLI-36 (a dye-based tri-colour ink) ChromaLife100 cartridges with estimated page yields of 200 pages in black and 260 pages in colour. This printer produces sharp, clean text and vibrant colours and excels when printing graphics and photos up to a maximum 4800 x 1200 dpi.

Quick USB 1.5A charging allows you to print four colour pages via USB after only five minutes. When you fully charge the battery using a USB Type C cable, you can print up to 330 pages.

The TR150 is not intended for heavy use — the monthly duty cycle is 500 pages, but the recommended monthly print volume is just 10-50 pages. And it lacks a scanner — if you need a portable all-in-one, and don’t mind the heftier size, then HP’s OfficeJet 250 Mobile is a better choice.

Get your order fast! Place it before 2 pm Mon-Fri for same-day shipping from warehouses in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch (excluding public holidays). Typically deliveries to major New Zealand towns and cities take 1 to 2 days, while it may take a day or two longer for rural areas. Delivery of oversized printers that are too heavy for normal courier delivery is done by Mainfreight and may take a little longer on occasions. You’ll be notified when your order has been dispatched and provided with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order.
