If, within 12 months from the date of purchase, you are not satisfied with the performance or quality of prints from compatible ink and toner cartridges, we will supply a replacement product at no cost to you.
In the unlikely event compatible products supplied by Good Egg are proven to have damaged your printer, our suppliers will repair, or if necessary, replace the printer with an equivalent model of the same or better specifications up to the value of $1,000.
We reserve the right to request evidence of faults, quality issues or damage prior to sending replacement product or authorising printer repairs. Please note that you must contact us and receive prior written approval before contacting a service agent or repairer and prior to commencing repairs. In the event the repair of a printer is authorised (in writing), our suppliers will nominate a repairer of their choice. In the unlikely event of replacing a printer, the decision will be made at our supplier's sole discretion, and they will arrange and supply the printer.
All OEM (original equipment manufacturer) products, including genuine manufacturer ink and toner cartridges, come with applicable manufacturer NZ warranties.
In the event of a warranty claim, this needs to be made directly with the manufacturer. A link to the relevant manufacturer's warranty page can be found on each product page.

Please note that cartridges sold by Good Egg are intended only for use in printers made for and purchased in New Zealand. If you own a printer manufactured for a different market, our cartridges — genuine/original as well as compatible — may not work due to different firmware settings.
