Product Details: You want it all, and you want it now. And why compromise? The HP Colour LaserJet Enterprise MFP-5800dn is an All-in-One printer for bustling businesses of all sizes, an A4 colour multifunction laser printer that delivers professional-quality documents at a head-turning clip.

Gone are any excuses for hanging around the printer. No matter whether dealing with black and white or colour, this 3-in-1 (Print/Scan/Copy) device prints and copies at up to 43 A4 pages per minute. For copying and scanning, a 100-sheet automatic document feeder (ADF) helps deliver scans at up to 47 pages per minute (and at up to 94 images per minute double-sided, thanks to the single-pass duplex flatbed scanner). As for the results, the text is sharp and colours are vivid, with print resolution up to 1200 x 1200 dpi, and copies and scans at 600 x 600 dpi.

Standard paper capacity is 650 sheets, divided between a 550-sheet input tray and a 100-sheet multipurpose tray. Should you want more, simply add a 550-sheet tray (or up to three of them for a total capacity of 2,300 pages).

When you need more toner you have multiple options. Standard yield HP 213A produces up to 3,500 pages (black), with HP 213X (high-yield) producing up to 9,000 pages, and extra-high-yield HP 213Y an astonishing 18,000 pages. The same options apply for colour cartridges where, for example, HP 213A will print up to 3,000 pages; HP 213X up to 6,000 pages; and HP 213Y up to 12,000 pages. Although the high- and extra-high-yield cartridges are expensive, the toner cost per page is minimal, even when using genuine rather than compatible toner. As for the imaging drums, they are integrated with the toner cartridges, ensuring consistent print quality with each cartridge you purchase.

A 20.3cm colour touchscreen allows access to all of the printer’s many features. Connectivity options include USB and Gigabit Ethernet, along with Apple AirPrint and Mopria compatibility for easy access to all the printer’s features from Apple and Android mobile devices. You can also print from and scan to a USB device (such as a flash drive or camera).

HP Wolf Enterprise Security is included with the printer. Security features include automatically triggering a system reboot after a malicious attack, ensuring your data is kept safe, and Secure Print which holds jobs in the printer’s memory until a passcode is entered at the print control panel.

Delivery of oversized printers that are too heavy for normal courier delivery is done by Mainfreight and may take a little longer on occasions.
