Good Egg NZ, a subsidiary of Ampersand Marketing Limited, is committed to respecting your online privacy and recognises your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) you share with us.

We share limited Personally Identifiable information with third parties who help us provide our store services to you. For example, payment gateways, shipping providers, and product suppliers. 

Payments

Your credit card details are not visible to Good Egg and nor are they stored by us when you make a purchase on this Site.

For your protection, payments are made utilising the Stripe secure payment gateway. When processing payments, your credit card details are encrypted and passed directly to Stripe for processing with your bank. Stripe is the leading online payment gateway utilised by businesses all over the world. Stripe processes more than 250 million transactions each day and hundreds of billions of dollars each year. 

How is Personally Identifiable Information stored?

Personally Identifiable Information collected by Good Egg NZ is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties or employees of Good Egg NZ except for use as indicated above.

How does the Site keep Personally Identifiable Information secure?

All our employees are familiar with our security policy and practices. The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who are given a password to gain access to the information. We audit our security systems and processes on a regular basis. 

How does Good Egg NZ use login information?

Good Egg NZ uses login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, to analyse trends, administer the Site, track a user's movement while on the Good Egg website and use, and gather broad demographic information. Aggregated non-personally identifiable information will be collected for analytics purposes to help us improve the performance of our website.

Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information

We will only disclose Personally Identifiable Information when required to comply with a court order or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information. 

We will not sell or rent your personal information to marketers or third parties.

Correction of inaccuracies in Personally Identifiable Information

In addition, all e-mail messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further email communication from us.

Choice/Opt-Out

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us by reading the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any email they receive from us at any time.

Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email.
