The HP Colour LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdn is the lower-price sibling to the M283fdw with all the features to match except built-in Wi-Fi connectivity. If budget is an issue, and you don’t need to print wirelessly, then this will be the better option for you.

The lack of wireless connectivity aside, what you get includes an efficient colour multi-function printer that can print up to 22 pages per minute, as well as copy, scan, and fax. A 250-sheet paper tray, 150-sheet output bin, and automatic two-sided (duplex) printing help to get large print jobs done quickly. And at up to 600 x 600 dpi print resolution, you get sharp text and clean images.

Flatbed scan resolution is an impressive 1200 x 1200 dpi, while copy speeds are as fast as 21 copies per minute (cpm). The printer is Energy Star Certified and can use both OEM and compatible toners (HP 209a or higher-yield HP 209x).

Delivery of oversized printers that are too heavy for normal courier delivery is done by Mainfreight and may take a little longer on occasions. You’ll be notified when your order has been dispatched and provided with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order.
