South Island

Standard orders - $7.50 shipping charge but FREE for orders over $75

  • No minimum order
  • Same Day Dispatch normally applies to:
    - Orders for compatible inks & toners placed before 2 PM
    - Orders for genuine inks, toners & printers placed before 4 PM
    (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays)
  • We only ship within New Zealand and to physical addresses (couriers won't deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags).
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.
  • Orders under $75 and some large items do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs for these will clearly be shown in your cart before checkout.
  • Order Tracking - once your order has been processed you will receive an order tracking number so you can see the delivery status of your order. You can also track your order here.

Where's my order?

We know you want your purchase ASAP and we do our best to ensure that happens.

Orders for compatible inks & toners placed before 2 PM and genuine inks, toners, & printers placed before 4 PM on weekdays are normally processed and ready for courier pickup the same day. Most orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1–2 days.

Delivery of oversized printers that exceed standard courier weight limits is handled by Mainfreight and may occasionally take longer.

Once your order has been dispatched we'll email you and provide you with a courier tracking number so you can see track delivery progress of your package. You can also track your order here.
